Watching how an AI agent behaves in production over time.
There are two layers, and they answer different questions. Technical monitoring asks whether the system is running: uptime, latency, errors, tool calls. Business monitoring asks whether the agent is still doing what the business intended: correct answers, followed policy, the right escalations. The second layer is the one that catches drift and hallucination, and it is the one most stacks are missing.
